By creating an account or using Paco (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Paco Does
Paco helps you evaluate wine.
You can send Paco:

- Wine lists
- Store shelves
- Online wine listings
- Wine names and questions
Paco may provide:
- Wine recommendations
- Value assessments
- Markup analysis
- Critic score summaries
- Drinking window guidance
- Food pairing suggestions
- General wine education
Paco currently operates through messaging platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old; and
- Be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
Paco does not sell alcohol and is provided solely as an informational service.
4. Your Account
You sign in using Google authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

5. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
Paco may offer both free and paid subscription plans.
Features, limits, and pricing are described on our website and may change from time to time.
For paid subscriptions:
- Charges are billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
If we change pricing, we will provide reasonable notice before the new pricing takes effect.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Paco for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;

Wine prices, availability, critic opinions, and market conditions change frequently.
Paco may occasionally be wrong.
Before making significant purchases, especially for expensive or collectible bottles, you should independently verify important details.
Any purchase decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility.
Please drink responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.
8. AI Disclaimer
Paco uses artificial intelligence.
As with any AI system, responses may occasionally be:
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Out of date
- Based on imperfect information
For example, Paco may misidentify a wine, report an outdated price, misunderstand a vintage, or summarize critic opinions inaccurately.
While we work hard to improve accuracy, we do not guarantee that Paco’s output is error-free.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Paco.
You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
